EXPLORE THE POSSIBILITIES

Think clearer. Feel stronger. Live better.

Your health depends on how well your body’s systems work together. In balance, you experience clarity, energy, stable mood, and resilience. Out of balance, you may struggle with fatigue, pain, digestive discomfort, brain fog, anxiety, depression, and more.

That’s why at Biome we focus on restoring balance. We look at the full picture—your nutrition, lifestyle, genetics, and environment—to understand what’s driving your challenges and create a plan tailored to your unique needs. The result: clarity about what’s going on, and a path forward you can trust.

Root-Cause Care for Body & Brain

Every symptom has a story. Whether your symptoms show up in your body, your brain, or both, I always take a whole-body view. Your digestion, metabolism, hormones, immune system, and brain chemistry are all deeply connected — and lasting improvements only happen when we address the full picture.

FOR THE BODY

Metabolic & Whole-Body Health

Supporting your body’s core systems for
energy, resilience, and long-term vitality.

Digestive issues, hormonal shifts, metabolic imbalance, immune challenges, chronic fatigue, chronic pain—they’re all connected.

Your health is shaped by the interplay between your body’s systems, your genetic blueprint, and the external factors—nutrition, lifestyle, and environment—that influence them.

My role is to assess these systems and factors, determine where support is needed, and create a personalized therapeutic plan that helps your body restore balance and resilience.

FOR THE BRAIN

Mental & Cognitive Health

Specialized nutritional psychiatry support for
mood, focus, and mental well-being.

Depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD—these aren’t just in your head, they’re rooted in your biochemistry. Just like physical health, mental health is influenced by nutrient status and biochemical balance, blood sugar and metabolic health, gut function and the microbiome, hormone regulation, immune activity, and more.

Nutritional psychiatry applies this biological model—examining how diet, lifestyle, genetics, and environment interact to shape mood and mental well-being—and guides the personalized nutrient therapy plans I create to help your brain function at its best.

Your Path to
Clear Answers & Real Change

phase 1 — understand your health from the inside out

We start by collecting the full picture — your health history, current concerns, and comprehensive labs that focus on the systems most often overlooked: metabolic health, immune and inflammatory balance, nutrient status, gut function, and more. This is often where hidden patterns surface — and where you finally get answers that explain why you feel the way you do.

INCLUDES:

  • Initial consultation

  • Lab test recommendations and analysis (cost of labs not included)

  • Lab review consultation

This is where transformation begins—turning insight into action. Once we’ve identified where your body needs the most support, we design a plan that’s tailored to your health goals and lab results. Using nutritional medicine interventions, lifestyle modifications, and on-going support, you won’t just know “what’s wrong”—you’ll have a clear path forward and a trusted clinical partner with you every step of the way.

INCLUDES:

  • Personalized functional health plan based on your symptoms, health goals and lab results, including nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations

  • Regular follow-ups (frequency varies, depending on needs)

  • Private messaging support between appointments

  • 10% off all professional-grade supplements through Biome’s online dispensary

Frequently Asked Questions

  • All appointments are conducted via a HIPAA-compliant version of Zoom. This allows me to provide the same high-quality care as an in-person visit while eliminating the need for you to travel to a physical office.

  • While I’m able to work with patients in most states, there are some states with regulations currently in place that prevent me from offering my services. These states include: Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Missouri, Montana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and Tennessee.

The good news is that things are changing, and as more people become familiar with the life-changing potential of functional medicine and clinical nutrition, laws will be updated (they already have been in some states!). So, I hope to be able to serve patients in the states listed above in the near future.

  • Biome is a cash practice and does not bill to insurance. Operating a cash practice allows me to offer more personalized care without the restrictions imposed by insurance companies on what kind of care I can provide.

Consider car insurance for a moment—it’s designed to cover major accidents, not routine maintenance or common wear-and-tear issues, even though those repairs often come with hefty out-of-pocket costs. Yet, we accept that maintaining a car is necessary to keep it running well for years. The same is true for your health—except you only get one body, and there’s no replacing it. This kind of proactive care doesn’t just help prevent major health issues from creeping up unnoticed, it also gives you access to a depth of care that insurance-based medicine simply doesn’t offer.

[If you have a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA), you may be able to use those funds to pay for my services, labs and/or supplements that are recommended to you as part of your care. Please contact your FSA/HSA provider to verify this.]

  • Absolutely. Collaborative care is encouraged, especially for mental health care

  • Pricing reflects the level of personalized care, in-depth analysis, and comprehensive support I provide to help you uncover the root causes of your health concerns and achieve meaningful, lasting results.

The investment for my services is currently:

    • Initial Consult: $300

    • Lab Review: $300 (Lab costs are billed separately and vary depending on the tests required for your specific needs.)

    • Follow-Up Appointments: $175

  • The cost of labs can vary depending on the specific tests needed to assess your unique health concerns.

Typically, most of the lab tests I recommend range from $200 to $500 (per test). I strive to keep testing costs as transparent and accessible as possible, with all labs provided at cost. During your initial consult, I’ll determine which tests are most relevant and necessary for you, ensuring you’re only paying for what you genuinely need.

  • The number of follow-up appointments each person needs varies based on their unique health challenges and goals. Many people need a few months of active care to see meaningful changes, while others may need longer-term support to address deeper imbalances. We’ll work together to determine what makes the most sense for you, adjusting as needed to ensure your progress and success.

  • It depends — the path to healing and better health is unique for each and every person. It's important to remember that if you're dealing with chronic health issues, these likely didn't develop overnight but over years (even decades!). Likewise, healing also takes time, as your body begins to respond to new, healthier patterns.

However, this doesn't necessarily mean you'll be waiting long to feel better. Many people start noticing some positive changes in their symptoms relatively early in the process — these initial improvements are encouraging signs that you're on the right path. It's about setting realistic expectations and being patient with yourself as your body heals. Each step forward, no matter how small, is a victory in your journey toward better health.
